Our Services

Roofing services across Staffordshire

Whatever shape your roof is in, there is a system that fits. Here is the full range we install for homes and businesses across Staffordshire, Cheshire and Derbyshire.

Built-up Felt Roofing

Built-up felt is a tried and tested flat roofing system, laid in two or three reinforced bitumen layers for strength the old single-layer felt never had. It is a cost-effective way to cover larger flat roofs on homes and commercial buildings, and a properly built system gives long, reliable service. We strip back tired felt, sort the deck and timbers underneath, and build the new roof up layer by layer with a neat mineral finish.

  • Two and three layer systems for real durability
  • A cost-effective option for larger flat roofs
  • Mineral top sheet for a tidy, hard-wearing finish
  • Full strip and deck repair where the old roof has failed

GRP Fibreglass Roofing

Glass reinforced plastic, better known as fibreglass, cures into one solid, seamless skin bonded straight to the deck. It is the system we reach for when a flat roof needs to take foot traffic, carry a balcony or sit in full view, because the finish is tough and can be colour matched. Laid correctly, a GRP roof has no joints, no laps and nowhere for water to track.

  • Seamless, fully bonded finish with no joins
  • Strong enough for balconies, walkways and terraces
  • Crisp trims and a choice of colours
  • Fully waterproof and fire-resistant once cured

Single-Ply & EPDM Membrane

Single-ply and EPDM rubber membranes cover a flat roof in large sheets, so on most roofs there are very few joins for water to find. EPDM flexes with the building through hot summers and hard frosts without splitting, while single-ply systems are hot-air welded at the laps for a secure, lasting seal. Both are clean, low-maintenance ways to waterproof homes and commercial units.

  • Large sheets mean few seams on most roofs
  • Stays flexible from heatwave to hard frost
  • Hot-air welded laps on single-ply for a secure seal
  • Low maintenance and long lasting

Lead Roofing

Lead is the traditional choice for the parts of a roof that have to last and look right, from flashings and valleys to dormers, bays and chimney details. It is a skilled, hands-on trade, and poor leadwork is one of the most common causes of leaks. We form and dress lead to the correct codes so the joints between roof, wall and chimney stay watertight for years.

  • Flashings, valleys, soakers and chimney details
  • Bay, dormer and porch roofs in traditional lead
  • Correct lead codes and dressing for a lasting job
  • Repairs to failed or stripped leadwork

Liquid Applied Roofing

Liquid applied systems are cold-applied resins that cure into a seamless, fully bonded waterproof layer. Because they are brushed or rolled on, they reach the awkward details around pipes, upstands and rooflights that sheet systems struggle with. They are ideal for refurbishing a tired roof without a full strip, and for complex roofs where a continuous, joint-free finish matters.

  • Seamless, fully bonded finish with no joints
  • Seals neatly around pipes, upstands and rooflights
  • Often laid over a sound existing roof to refurbish it
  • Good for complex and awkwardly shaped roofs

Green Roofing Systems

A green roof tops the waterproofing with a living layer of sedum or planting, so the roof looks good, supports wildlife and helps with drainage and insulation. The waterproofing and drainage build-up underneath has to be right first, which is where we come in. We install the membrane, drainage and protection layers, then the growing medium and planting, for a roof that does more than just keep the water out.

  • Sedum and planted living roof systems
  • Proper waterproofing and drainage build-up underneath
  • Helps with insulation, drainage and biodiversity
  • Suited to extensions, garden rooms and commercial roofs
